The Middle East Institute and the London-based International Center for the Study of Radicalization (ICSR) are pleased to invite you to the second installment of a joint-conference to discuss the ISIS detainee dilemma in Syria and to explore potential pathways towards its resolution. ICSR hosted the first-half of this conference on June 12-13 in London; MEI will host the second-half in-person (RSVP required; limited capacity) and via Zoom on July 13.
